We ship across Canada, the United States and Internationally! Primarily, we ship through Canada Post or the US Postal Service. All customers outside of Canada may be subject to customs and duty fees in their home country and these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We strive to process orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Usually, we try to ship your order the same day that we receive it since we're so excited to share our wonderful products with you!

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available Monday - Friday, from 10 am to 4 pm. We are located at 106 Ormond St S, Unit B, Thorold, Ontario, L2V 3W1. An email will be set confirming pick-up instructions once your order is ready.

Shipping in Canada

Canadian orders are shipped through Canada Post. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your package. 

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, and depend on the shipping option you choose. Typically, Canadian shipping can take anywhere from 2-8 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping in the United States

We offer flat rate shipping across the U.S., dependent on the weight of your products. Orders that weigh under 1 lb are eligible for First Class shipping at a flat rate of $5. Orders over this weight are eligible for Priority shipping at a flat rate of $10.

Shipping takes 2-8 business days. Priority shipping includes a tracking number so that you can check on the status of your package, as well as $100 in insurance for lost/damaged packages.

Shipping Internationally

We're happy to work with international customers! Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout and options are available for both TRACKED and UNTRACKED shipping. Each shipping option will also provide an estimate of delivery times. 

UNTRACKED SHIPPING: Due to the fact that this option is not trackable or insured, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Selecting this shipping option is at the customer's own risk.

The products, materials and supplies sold by Chomp Teething and Craft Supply are intended for use by adults and, as such, should never be left with an unattended child. The small parts that we carry can present a choking hazard for small children and should never be left around an unsupervised child or baby.

We personally inspect all materials and products that we receive from our suppliers to ensure that we are sending only the best to our customers. Once our products from been sold and shipped to our customers however, Chomp Teething and Craft Supply waives all responsibility and liability from the use of our products.

As shown by our extensive third-party testing, all of the products that we carry have met very specific safety and quality standards, however, in no way whatsoever does this bind or obligate Chomp Teething and Craft Supply to any responsibility for our products, or their use. Our buyers understand that by purchasing our products, the buyer assumes any and all responsibility and liability for our products and/or the use thereof. Customers should always inspect and monitor the wear and tear of their products, discontinuing use at the first sign of damage.

The cords, clasps and pacifier clips that we carry are not intended to be chewed on and should not be used as such.
